For me, a leader is a person who not only leads people, but also unites them. A leader can be a person who thinks not only about one thing, but also takes into account many factors. He is also the driving force behind a particular group. The leader must have such qualities as selflessness, the ability to reduce conflicts to nothing. Of course, a leader must have intelligence and charisma.

As for leadership, from my point of view, it is the ability to lead people and achieve certain common goals. Also, leadership is the ability to direct human efforts to achieve goals.

Alas, such abilities are not given to everyone, for example, I do not consider myself a leader. But do not forget that each of us is good at something different, each has its own place.

As far as I understand, leadership is not just about leading people and being responsible for them. For me, leadership is about being a mentor, helping to develop and guiding people who have decided to trust you on the right path. A leader is a person who has certain qualities, such as commitment, creativity, and kindness. He must also be able to support and inspire people to new feats. The leader must adhere to a certain goal. Leadership is not an easy duty and a great responsibility. People should choose each leader independently, and they should be confident in him. If I were the leader of a group of people, I would make every effort to do as much good as possible

However, leadership is not an easy thing to do.

He must be able to motivate people with his ideas. But as for me, I am not suitable for the role of a leader because I don't have this qualities that why I can't be a leader.

I believe that leadership is the art of motivating other people to fight for common goals.
The person who can be a leader should be a good organized, should be a tolerant and patient.
The leader must take care not only of himself, but also of his people, control the order in his circle. Leaders should be motivating, full of good positive ideas and readiness to carry them out.
I do not know if I have a qualities that a leader should have.

I believe that a leader must be intelligent, patient, responsible, resourceful, creative and resilient. Smart to be able to solve problems and problems quickly.
